  • Participation in the development and further optimization of Phage ImmunoPrecipitation Sequencing (PhIP-Seq)-based platforms for proteome-wide antibody profiling, as well as complementary assays (e.g., ELISA and Luminex) for targeted validation.
  • Analysis and interpretation of complex antibody-profile datasets and the associated clinical data from relevant disease cohorts.
  • Close collaboration with clinical and basic science partners within the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and across the EC-EDI research network.
  • Presentation and publication of research findings at national and international conferences and in scientific journals.
  • Opportunity for further academic qualification through a PhD (doctoral thesis).

What we are looking for

  • An above-average completed university degree in life sciences, biology, molecular biology, molecular medicine, neuroscience, biochemistry, or a related field.
