Zur Unterstützung des bestehenden Studienteams (Studienkoordination / Study Nurses / Studentische Mitarbeitende) suchen wir ab sofort eine*n engagierte*n Studienkoordinator*in. Wir bieten eine gezielte Einarbeitung durch das erfahrene Studienteam vor Ort. Sie sind auch für die Dokumentation der erhobenen Daten von Patientinnen und Patienten zuständig und leisten somit einen großen Beitrag zur adäquaten Studiendurchführung.

Overview of the position

   Independent coordination of clinical trials (IITs and industry-funded trials) Central point of contact for sponsors, CROs, monitors
•    Coordination of study start-up processes (feasibility, site selection, initiation)
•    Preparation, coordination, and harmonization of contracts, budgets, and study-related agreements in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Organization and support of monitor visits, audits, and inspections. Creation, maintenance, and control of essential study documents (TMF/ISF) in accordance with GCP and regulatory requirements
• Coordination of all internal and external interfaces involved (investigators, study team, laboratories, pharmacy, radiology, etc.)

What we are looking for

•    Completed training in a healthcare profession (e.g., study nurse, registered nurse, medical assistant, or comparable)
•    Extensive experience in clinical research, ideally in an academic and international environment, very good written and spoken English skills, confident German skills
•    Experience working with sponsors and CROs. Good knowledge of contractual, budgetary, and regulatory processes in clinical trials
•    Very good organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a team, reliability, and flexibility
•    Confident use of MS Office and electronic study systems (eCRF, CTMS)
