Arbeiten an der Charité
Die Abteilung für Zahnärztliche Prothetik, Alterszahnmedizin und Funktionslehre befindet sich im Institut für Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde inmitten einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend, fußläufig zum Rüdesheimer Platz in Wilmersdorf.Im Rahmen des Projektes „Digitale Implantologie“ werden unter anderem klinische Parameter mit dreidimensionaler Bildgebung korreliert. Dies soll dazu dienen, Charakteristika in der Bildgebung zu identifizieren, anhand derer die klinischen Parameter zukünftig alleine aus der Bildgebung herausgelesen werden können. Dies soll die digitale Implantatplanung nachhaltiger machen, da so der Langzeiterfolg der Implantate verbessert wird.
Die Stelle im Überblick
Im Rahmen des Projektes "W2-Prof Diglmplant":
- Programmierung von KI-Software, basierend auf klinischen Daten und Bildgebung (DICOM-Daten)
Danach suchen wir
- Abgeschlossene Berufsaus-, Fort- oder Weiterbildung im IT-Bereich
- Masterabschluss
- Erfolgreiches Absolvieren eines ML-Kurses wäre wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Python
- Erfahrungen im Vorprozessieren von 3D-Bildern, wie z.B. bestimmte Knochen segmentieren und unterteilen
- Anwendung von 3D-Unet

Informationen zur Stelle
- Entgeltgruppe E13 TVöD VKA-K. Die Eingruppierung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der Qualifikation, die jeweilige Erfahrungsstufe errechnet sich aus den geleisteten Berufsjahren. Den Tarifvertrag finden Sie hier
- Die Arbeitszeit ist in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Stunden möglich
- Die Position ist bis zum 30.11.2026 befristet, da sie an die Projektlaufzeit gebunden ist
- Bei uns sind 30 Tage Urlaub Standard
