Working at the Charité
Our research group is interested in decoding the genomic code of hematological and solid neoplasms. Our focus is on studying tumor heterogeneity, clonal evolution, and premalignant events. For this purpose, we use various techniques such as high-throughput sequencing, single-cell analyses, FACS-sorted cell fractions, and genetic modification. Candidate genes are functionally characterized and analyzed with regard to potential therapeutic intervention opportunities.
