Working at Charité

The FEEL-GOOD Study is an innovative research project conducted by the research group on preventive psychiatry, innovative forms of care and psychotherapy of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at Charité Campus Mitte. As part of this DFG-funded study, the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based group therapy for young people with early psychosis is being investigated across eight clinical sites in Germany. To support our interdisciplinary study team, we are seeking a Clinical Project Manager (f/m/d) on a part-time (50%)basis.

Overview of the position

  • You coordinate the scientific implementation of the FEEL-GOOD intervention (8 mindfulness-based group sessions) and the TAU control group, working closely with study sites and peer support workers.
  • You organize recruitment, conduct trainings and supervisions, and support baseline and follow-up assessments(PANSS, EMA, psychological instruments) while ensuring quality standards.
  • You collect, manage, and analyze study data in REDCap.
  • You contribute to publications, conference presentations, and materials for clinical practice and public outreach.
  • You work as a research associate, with dedicated time for your own academic development in accordance with §110 (4) BerlHG.

What we are looking for

  • You hold a university degree in psychology, medicine, public health, or a related field.
  • You have gained valuable research experience in psychiatric care, ideally in psychosocial interventions or outreach treatment approaches.
  • You work in an analytical, structured, and independent manner, bringing empathy, teamwork, and strong social skills.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You have experience in publishing scientific articles in international journals.

Information regarding the position

  • Paygrade XXX according to TVöD VKA-K. Your job grade depends on your job qualification whereas the experience level depends on the number of working years. The yearly gross salary is hereby provided based on a full time position excluding yearly bonus and additional pay. You may find further information here
  • Working hours can be part-time from XX or full-time with up to 38.5 hours per week. Please indicate how many hours you would like to work per week
